PanSignal is a free platform that aggregates and provides access to publicly available internet radio streams from around the world. We do not host, produce, or control the content broadcast by any radio station.

3. Content & Streams

All radio streams are provided by third-party broadcasters. PanSignal is not responsible for the content, availability, or quality of any stream. Streams may become unavailable at any time without notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without permission
• Redistribute or rebroadcast streams accessed through PanSignal

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PanSignal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any stream will be available at any given time.

Radio streams listed on PanSignal are provided by independent third-party broadcasters. Stream content may include language, opinions, music, or other material that some listeners may find explicit, offensive, or objectionable. PanSignal does not monitor, review, endorse, or control broadcast content and is not responsible for any material transmitted by radio stations. Listener discretion is advised.

8. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All radio station names, logos, trademarks, and related marks displayed on PanSignal are the property of their respective owners. PanSignal's use of these marks is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with PanSignal. 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PanSignal, its operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of PanSignal shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by emailing us at contact@pansignal.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware for resolution of any disputes.
