Your Right to Opt Out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
PanSignal does not sell or share your personal information. We do not sell data to third parties, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or share it in ways that constitute a "sale" under the CCPA/CPRA. The only third-party service that receives usage data is Google Analytics, and only after you consent.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
PanSignal honors the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically decline analytics cookies on your behalf.

Opt Out of Analytics
PanSignal uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data is collected only after you consent via the cookie banner. You can opt out at any time:

- No account registration or login required
- No email addresses, names, or personal identifiers
- No tracking across other websites
- No fingerprinting or device identification
- No sale or sharing of personal information with third parties
Your favorites and last-played station are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
